With my B.Ed degree in Physical and Health Education, I spent years teaching my students how beneficial prioritizing movement, mindfulness, and self-care are for living an optimal life.

This transitioned into a different career path in as an online health and wellness coach.

For nearly 10 years in my online coaching business, I have mentored thousands of women to draw a line in the sand and create a realistic plan to prioritize themselves from home.

Basically, I’m still a teacher! Except now, my classroom is online. And, my students are the incredible women who breathe life into their entire households.

Becoming a mother has made me even more passionate about my mission.

I am here to help the inspired women. The women who realize it’s time to put an END to the generationally-inherited habit of falling last on their list and calling it selfless. You won’t win a medal for burning out — you’ll simply be a less happy version of the YOU you truly are.

Never before has it been more critical that I put my mental health first (especially after having struggled with postpartum anxiety and pp depression), movement was a form of meditation for me. For ten years prior to pregnancy, I’d used four daily habits to support my mental health. I KNEW I could lean into this exact same routine to support my mind in all of the shadows that appeared with postpartum life.

And they’ve come through STRONG.

The majority of women who attempt fitness journeys by themselves lack personal accountability. I am here to offer a community to mothers who need a helping hand on challenging days, or when motivation tanks, or when baby didn’t sleep through the night (and neither did you) and you find it super hard to show up for yourself.

My online community, The Live Vibrantly Club, benefits myself AND my clients because not only can we cheer each other on on those hard days, but, we are here to celebrate each other’s triumphs..

A fitness and wellness journey is hard enough, and I personally believe that we should not have to go it alone.
