I can feel my inner self 𝘴𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬 every time I doubt my magic, hold myself back, or second-guess my every step. I can literally feel the creativity evaporate, my light dim, and the anxiety rise. Even the most confident people we admire experience these feelings. And I’ve learned only the bravest say it out loud, because it’s so much harder to openly look at your reflection in the water, and acknowledge that the only barrier in your way is none other than yours truly. It’s all very inward thinking. The truth is, I needed this week more than I realized. Not only for the team building with others, but for the perspective on team building within myself. I have been swallowed by my own thoughts lately. This experience reminded me of how much bigger this world is than my own self-limiting beliefs. I think I needed that revitalization & recharge of my mental standpoint, for both my personal life, and professional life. What if you started speaking kindly to yourself? What if you stopped apologizing and over-thinking your every move, kept all those promises you’ve made to yourself, and started to live the life you know you deserve? When we truly believe in something, we move mountains for it. So, what mountains are you 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞, for the number one being you should always believe in— 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧? What are you waiting for? Just look around you; there is proof of ✨𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬✨everywhere. Do you see it? The moon, the trees, and you. Yes, I said, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 my friend, because YOU ✨𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. ✨ See ya soon, Arizona. 🙏🏼Thank you for giving me exactly what I needed. #Leadership2019 #TheUniverseHasYourBack

Wanna hear my campfire jokes? They're straight fire.🔥🤣 What did the Hershey’s bar, the marshmallow, and the cookie use to communicate? S’mores Code. 🙈 Yup. Tonight sure was 𝘭𝘪𝘵. #DadJokesForLife #IOnlyEatTheMarshmallows #Leadership2019
😍A little black 𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭 goes a long way. I don’t get dressed up much, but when I do, it’s documented. I’ve gotten asked a bunch on my IG Stories about this outfit; it’s from Shein! 😊 When I go out, my fav accessories include: Wedges, (these are ALDO.🔥 A staple black ankle-strap that go with everything from jeans to dresses), A dope ass crew of fierce females, (they’re thanks to coaching👯♀️), and, A heart filled with 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦 for this life & all the different snapshots in time we get to experience as well evolve, (that’s thanks to Our Girl, The Universe🙏🏼). 𝘖𝘩, and some lipgloss. 😘 They always say: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 is the best outfit — 𝘙𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘪𝘵. 𝘖𝘸𝘯 𝘪𝘵. 🤘🏼🔥🥂
I used to work this job from the teacher’s parking lot. My first office for online coaching, was my car. That’s where I’d call, email, and make check-in videos for my bootcamp babes and new coaches that I was mentoring: Before and after teaching for the day. In 2013, I was brand new to this concept of being my own boss. I was so used to someone else telling me when to work, and, what to do. But I figured it out. And, to manage my time between both teaching and coaching, there were more absurdly early work mornings, and late work nights, than I can count now. But truthfully? The hard work has never stopped since. Even on a trip where I’m in a sunny location, rocking some sweet Leadership 2019 pajamas gifted to me for being in the .1% of the company, I’ve still got lives to change. And just like 2013, I’m ready AF to do it. Even if it’s just in pockets of time between keynote presentations and workouts. So, to all you babes who’ve filled out the application for my coach Mentorship over the last few days: THANK YOU for sharing WHY you are now ready to dream big & work hard with heart to make them happen.....It takes courage to voice those visions out loud, and I’m ready to lock arms with you. 💜 Check your inboxes. 💌 (And if you’re haven’t— you always can. Just hit that link in bio). #PhysEdTeacher #ElementaryTeachertoCEO #Leadership2019
It’s a real shame that we aren’t having any fun on this work trip. 🌴☀️👙 So many different & challenging walks of life— yet, we have one thing in common: We just went for it. And I truly hope that’s how you’re approaching whatever THING it is that you can’t stop thinking about, too. You CAN do it! Hopefully, you’re not waiting for “the perfect time”, (which doesn’t exist btw), to 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭. Hopefully, you’re cultivating a 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 for yourself on those hard days, instead of giving up. Hopefully, 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 than you 𝘌𝘝𝘌𝘙 𝘏𝘈𝘝𝘌 for bigger dreams you’ve ever dreamed. Hopefully, you’re open to 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 for your life that some people will not understand, (and may even try to talk you out of!) but 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶. Hopefully, you’re ready to 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 in yourself, completely, even if you are diving in totally 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥. Hopefully, you know that 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭. We were simply willing to do all of those things 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲, and, 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐲, over the last few 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴. All that hard work at home, leads to pretty cool days, like this. 🌴☀️ And if we can, then so can you. So happy to have a pool sesh with this 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 squad. I’m getting so many messages and emails from women saying they wish they could do what we do, too. This community gave me a safe space to push for something more & be part of something bigger. If you’re open to learning about how you can be part of it, you know I’ve got you— Fill out the COACH form in my IG bio ASAP and let’s chat. 💌 🇨🇦🇺🇸🇬🇧 only. Mentorship is open to babes who are not coaches or already working with a coach.
No goal was ever met with out a little (𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 😅😂) of 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭. Kicking off Friday with the squad and an @amoila_cesar and an ass-kicking! 🔥It’s SO cool to be able to get work out LIVE with the man who’s making me WERK in my online at-home Bootcamp!! 🤩🙌🏼 I used to get serious anxiety of exercising in public. It’s why I started working out from home in the first place. The mindset shift came with the dedication and consistency in my home. And that consistency gave me the confidence to show up, in person, and truly enjoy myself, instead of panic. What a gift 🙏🏼💜 to be able to do this in person work, just having FUN while I do it, after years of never being able to at all. If you’re just starting out on your own, here’s a pro tip: Always show up for yourself the way you would if your super trainer was 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 🤣😱🤪 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭 in your HOUSE! Stick to it, you’ve got this. And come to our live events and see how it feels for yourself. 😉 We’ve always got room for more. #FridayWorkout #Leadership2019 #TeamFitAndFunky #WhyNotYou
Surround yourself with a 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐝 that’s willing to work harder, play harder, laugh harder, and dream bigger— and watch how drastically your life changes. Six years ago, I took a leap into something that gave me exactly that. I was still a teacher at the time, and started this as a part-time online job. It was scary, but it was 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 what I 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 for the biggest level up I’ve ever experienced. Having this community of driven, dedicated, and passionate women that I can both rally 𝐚𝐧𝐝 be completely ridiculous with has been such a positive & uplifting addition to my life. And honestly, life’s 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 been the same since that leap. 💜🔥 Life’s too short to sit on the sidelines. Dive in; the water’s fine. 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘠𝘖𝘜?
On my way, Arizona! 🌵☀️✈️ Headed to Scottsdale for an exclusive Leadership event for the week! It’s crazy to think only the 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 earn their way to this specific event, and that I get to be here representing THE BEST— our amazing coaches of Team Dream Catchers, as we earned our way into being an Elite 2019 team. Together, we have helped change 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 of lives. 🎉 ... I never could have imagined that impact back in 2013, when I started this online coaching gig, as a tiny team of ☝🏼 one. Time to let the learning with the absolute BEST in the biz🔥, the quality time with friends I’ve now worked alongside for over SIX years💕, and the soaking-in of the beautiful resort🌴we’re being hosted at — 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧! 🤩 #Leadership2019
